walking brings stillness

when in doubt, walk it out. there's something about walking movement, that it brings you to rest; its not just body movement, its more of environment movement, your pace also controls the frames per second, beyond miles per hour, so depending on the mood, you can watch a slow movie or a fast movie, you decide the tempo, with AirPods in you even decide the background score or without it you can enjoy the union of nature and the city life, morning walk is different from day walk, and evening walk is different from late night walks, walk to office is different from walk back home, it brings clarity, allows you to not get absorbed in the mundane in front, it allows you to zoom out; on a good day, its makes it even more fun, on a bad day its your sacred grounding act, it can be done solo, with a group, and with a right walking partner, you never know where the discussion will go, a walk has no agenda, no objective, a walk only leads you to where you always wanted to go, yet may never know when you start. it brings oneness with self, it brings oneness with nature, it brings stillness deep inside. walking brings stillness. stillness only a walker knowns, yet can never explain. until next time, keep walking.

Why Inner Circle?

Individually we’ve been great, collectively we’ve not been as good.

For simple problems we’ve done well, for complex problems; we’ve not been as good.

Further: Why and how we delay an approach which is already better than the old way, how we stick to same pain points for years, when they can be solved today, is a mystery for us all to collectively unravel for each other.

Why and how Mission-critical Institutions are becoming weak?! is an epidemic in itself that’s holding us back from Real progress. When John Doerr says, the greatest Institutions are failing us, he’s right. Now in 2025, it’s come down to more than setting right Objectives. By now, everyone knows OKRs, everyone is kind of measuring what matters, yet.. we’re far from being better.

Friction is good when it helps us walk, not when it causes wear and tear.

And I know it’s going to be a hard journey for all of us. A small change is painful, and here we're talking about Transformation of Institutions! We may not have answers to all issues today, yet acknowledgement of problem is a good starting point.

Until we don’t create a forum: an Inner Circle of doers. Inner Circle, not of lazy spectators, but active participants. Who Pledge to change reality. Inner Circle that cares. That meets periodically; to speak, to learn, to disagree, to commit, to align, to fail, to win, to confront, to solve. Without this, there’re a list of systematic problems we can never solve and more importantly: a today we can never live.

We can always go back to being individually great, yet we seem to be not very happy with that reality either.

Thus, Inner Circle. To make Institutions win!

Institutions that matter.

Environment-ware

When one can bring tangibility of hardware world to software world, you're actually unlocking new paradigm of Environment-ware.

Software How many people use it

Hardware How well it performs

Middleware How well it connects systems

Environment-ware How well it changes outcomes without requiring active usage

It may or may not have a RL map.

BOSS CLI

Tooling for AI Coder to use BOSS Console

Unlocks multi dimensional sense perception for AI Coders

As models get multi model, BOSS CLI enables new dimensions of depth, while also preserving human to partake in this information exchange which is making the Thinking Information Machine do wonders.

Visibility and control of not one node, but every node across relational depth of all types.

psychological will + logical order = magical movements

more and more I'm finding that difference between what gets done and what not; what's achieved and what's not; who wins (continues to show up) and who does not (gives up), has got more do with psychological will than logical aspects

our brain is wired to logically navigate the why this will *not work*, that's easy; whereas job at hand has always been to keep a very high psychological barrier to not succumb to this, and let all your logical wisdom guide you to the happy path, the route on which everything works

this is hard to do at personal level, individuals's will power;

its harder to do as a group in a team, team's will power;

its hardest to do with an external group involved, collective will power;

these psychological will powers with logical order are true moats, democracy had this, human genome project had this, Manhattan project had this, and this formula always leads to magical movements. always.

time travel to future

Every time a new technology comes, it sucks out redundancy from the system. Redundancy of all types, ones we always wanted, ones we never imagined. One axis around which everything remains same is time. We all have limited time, as individuals and civilisation alike. Thus, we need to prioritise it ruthlessly. Knowingly, unknowingly, at work and life alike. If someone's good at some work, they charge higher hourly rate. When value add is even higher, they even get % of outcome. That's how sacred time is!

Magic happens when hours of work can be done in seconds. What that essentially means is now you can program that work. More it can be orchestrated at scale, faster we can time travel as a civilisation in terms of progress. More we save time from repeat work, more we can repurpose time to things that we care about (are real hard) or ones we enjoy (are real fun to us!).

Imagine manually washing your clothes, or walking to travel. It's simple innovation like washing machines and cars which allowed us all to lead better lives. With ai this list is only going to go up, the laundry list of boring essential tasks that will become invisible and done by machines, with our assistance or completely autonomously. More technology saves time for us, more technology unlocks time for us, faster we time travel to future. Travelling to year 2500, in year 2050 itself.
